Burn in Board Loader &
Unloader
A low cost design for manual loading tray & burn-in
board where multi- packages can be operated by just
changing the kits & software. Uses the servomotor to
drive X-Y axis for high accuracy and motorized Z-axis
for different unit thickness. Consists of a dual head
picker for higher productivity with automatic detection
of damaged burn-in board socket before loading &
unloading. PLC software allows the loading and unloading
to be instilled into the 2 in 1 function where the base
control will have error messages displayed. Possess a
simple and precise touch screen display with a 2 level
password for system control. Design of this system
enables it to be compact to solve space constrain
problems with a full cover design for safety purpose. |
